1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
a) Direct Bookings:
- Flexible Rate Reservations:
- Cancellations made before 7 Days the check-in date are eligible for 80% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 Days of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee on Booking Amount.
- Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
b) Group Bookings & Events:
- Cancellations made 7 Days before the check-in date are eligible for an 80% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 Days of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the Booking Amount.
c) Third-Party Bookings:
- If you booked through a third-party platform, please refer to their cancellation and refund policies.
2. Refund Processing
a) Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In certain cases, early check-out or service issues, partial refunds may be offered at the resort’s discretion, subject tothe issue.
3. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
- In cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen events, we may offer rescheduling or refunds at our discretion.
